Pink Muppet Steelhead Fly

This tube fly has been a staple in my fly box for Alaskan King fishing. The scaled-down version is perfect for Steelhead. I fish and tie this in every color imaginable. It’s quick and easy to tie, easy to cast, and it catches fish. In my book, that’s a winning combo.

If you haven't played with tube flies yet, they offer versatility to both the fly tier and angler since the hook is added later. Tying on tubes is super easy; just place a tube needle in your vise jaws, slip the tube on the needle, and tie your fly.
