Rob's description-

This is just a fishy fly, plain and simple. It provides good visibility without too much flash. The dark and light colors contrast well and produce anywhere steelhead live. It works very well in a range of water conditions but it seems to work best when water conditions are clear to mid-colored. This color combination is hard to find commercially so it’s a different look for popular runs. And fish love it!

It is tied with a stinger style hook to maximize hookups on fussy fish. This pattern is a great combo of cerise and black with a bit of flash.  It is a top producer most of the year and works especially well in medium green to clear water conditions.
