If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations please let us know. We will replace, repair, or refund any purchase made in our shop or online store. Please return items in the original packaging along with instructions outlining your wishes and your contact information. Return shipping is not refundable. Replacement items will be shipped at no charge.

Only products that are returned in new, unused condition can be exchanged or refunded. Refunds can only be issued to the account that purchased the items. Return requests must be made within 15 days of purchase, or a stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the purchase price. After 30 days no refunds will be issued. Items purchased as gifts will be given a grace period on this policy, just give us a call. There will be no refunds or cash payouts on Gift Cards.

Used, broken, or mostly destroyed products will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair at no additional cost. Normal handling fees added by the manufacturers will apply. Please call for more information on warranties and manufacturer's policies.

Orders placed for items listed as available ship within three business days. If you need faster service because you're leaving on a fishing trip, just call. We'll do our best to get it to you in plenty of time.

We do NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US.

We offer free shipping for up to 20 lbs. on domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for $14.95. Oversized items like boats and float tubes or items over 20lbs. qualify for discounted shipping. Please call the shop for a shipping quote.

If you need to return an item for any reason, please call the shop for a return authorization to ensure proper tracking of your return. After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request a return authorization. Orders returned after 15 days will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. No returns after 30 days.
